Garden lighting and watering products purchased from Goodsboutique may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included.
To return garden lighting fixtures or irrigation system components, please contact us at callme@goodsboutique.world or call +13019074999 to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Returned garden lighting and watering products must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Products that have been installed, damaged, or show signs of use may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once we receive and inspect your returned garden lighting or watering products, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.
If you receive a defective garden lighting fixture or irrigation component, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, for products that are damaged or not functioning properly upon arrival.
